Jersey Coast Properties provides essential management services to community associations in the New York City metro area. In fact, we offer two types of services to adequately manage all types of condominium and homeowner associations, full service and administrative service.
Full Service. All community services are managed by our firm. This includes collection of maintenance fees, payment of expenses, member communication, maintenance & repair, re-sales and more which are administered from our office. And for those communities large enough we will also oversee employees.
The community will have a local contact from our firm through which all appropriate needs and requests will be administered.
Administrative Service. This pared down service covers only
administrative duties such as collection of maintenance fees and expense
payments and is suitable for smaller communities willing to oversee maintenance
& repairs on their own as well as single family home
associations.
The benefit being low cost administration.
And if there's a service your community needs that we don't provide directly we'll use our substantial contacts and relationships to make it happen such as attorneys, architects, etc.
