Full Service Management

Our organization answers the need for full service on-site and off-site management  for community associations in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut.  These services are designed to support the volunteer leadership of the community in attaining the most desirable community living experience.

 

Our management services include a responsive management team which provides accounting, record keeping, and contractor relations.

 
Accounting - A great benefit of having an effective property management team working for you is that all of the details are attended to such as accounting.  With our established financial controls and comprehensive reporting association directors can review and oversee community operations at a productive level.
   
    Our clients are provided with detailed monthly statements showing all activity. Additional reports are available upon request to the executive board illustrating the financial performance of the association at any given time.  Our staff accountant oversees financial activities on a regular basis and communicates procedures or concerns to the association's administrative staff.
 
Executive Advisory - Our management team works with and advises association directors regarding the governance of the community with the understanding that final decisions rest with them.  These same managers routinely visit the communities to observe operations and practices with a goal of providing clients with optimal service and satisfaction.
           
Interactive Communication - Our service provides interactive communication among the association, staff and management to answer questions and address issues of concern within the community. Interaction can further be enhanced by a community Intranet - a password-protected web site for the exclusive use of association members.  This site allows the posting and review of announcements and events; online access to community documents and; online discussions and forums.
 
Administrative Services
Our alternative to full service management is to provide administrative services which are tailored for smaller communities and single family home associations which can be implemented regardless of geographical location.
 
This basic yet critical service includes accounting, reporting, assessment collections, expense payments and record keeping which are centralized at our New Jersey location.  Members can also utilize an intranet (a password-protected web site) to manage the association's needs.  Additional services are also available on an as-needed basis which enhances the association's fiscal management.
